Weex turned this problem into a business, offering a new app with gamification at its core to motivate employees to complete their trainings (and quickly). We designed a robust white-label solution that tuned into a company's custom app by changing only 1 color! All that while following all accessibility guidelines.

As any business, they needed to be quick when a new company hire them. With that in mind, I've created the designs to quickly adaptable by just changing one color to the brand primary color.
Using opacity, layering and two modes of colors, I could create a very flexible color scheme that can be adapted to any company's brand colors. And the best part is that the colors are still readable and contrasty, following all accessibility guidelines (without missing the fun!)

Weex created a gamification and rewards system to help users to stay engaged and motivated to complete their trainings. Using the admin panel, each company can create your tranining structure, rewards and achievements to motivate their users.
Why go alone when the team can go together?
They didn't have only the gamification, but also they could build teams to compete and share rewards. And with an easy onboarding and invitation process, all employees could easily join the platform and start their training.
Now, to compete against other teams and get achievements and prizes, having a team is an additional reason to keep them engaged and motivated.
