• Direct product and design across up to 6 products in parallel, leading a cross-functional team of up to 15 designers and engineers and working directly with the CEO on vision, MVP scope and execution.
• Built a shared design system (tokens, components and patterns for web and mobile) used across the team's products, so interfaces and features move from one product to another with little rework; the team chat runs on it too.
• Designed SmartOps for Arca, an AI copilot that cuts a scheduler's work on each staff call-off from 1–2 hours of phone calls to a few minutes, by ranking who can cover without overtime and messaging them all at once.
• Designed Apply Master Schedule Changes for Maple, one of the platform's most complex features: updating a worker's recurring schedule across 2 months of published schedules went from about 1,000 clicks to 3.
• Designed Ops Agent, an AI agent that watched every Maple schedule for overtime, cost-control rules and staffing targets, and redesigned Maple's scheduling experience and its entire Worker App.
• Took Arca from first commit to a 4-module product in 6 months with a team of 3, and wrote 36% of its 3,704 commits in Next.js, React and TypeScript with AI coding agents (Claude Code).

• Designed and implemented the Tile design system, raising engineering efficiency by 30%.
• Worked with the VP of Technology on the tech vision, product design roadmap and staffing strategy.
• Explored AI features for Mosaic Hub, including chatbots and image recognition, and took part in an AI hackathon.
• Co-led the redesign of Mosaic Hub with the Design Manager, raising company-wide feature adoption by 21%.
• Redesigned the style guide for construction documents used across the organization, improving consistency by 70%.
• Designed and coded the company website in React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, saving 100+ engineering hours.

• Led the Consultório ID project at Saúde iD, increasing daily appointments by 200%.
