Viviane already had a loyal customer base who appreciated the quality of her work and service. However, like any business, she needed more clients to ensure the financial sustainability of her company.

So she decided to invest in better communication and create a brand that reflected her care for each of her clients. Additionally, she wanted to position herself more professionally, moving beyond just being a freelance professional. Her new brand played a key role in helping her achieve this!
